Audiovisual Equipment
This BID has been developed to provide individual schools and central office
departments with a means to purchase miscellaneous audiovisual equipment, as funding
becomes available. Purchase orders may range in quantity from one to multiple items.
It is estimated that up to $500,000 worth of Audiovisual Equipment may be purchased
during the twelve-month period. Any district wide lab installations or other special
projects will be proposed separately. This BID will be awarded in the best interest of
CCSD. CCSD may opt to award this BID to one vendor or multiple vendors. CCSD
may opt to award some line items and not award other line items.
