The VA New Jersey Health Care System, East Orange campus (located at 385 Tremont Avenue East Orange, NJ 07018), Lyons campus (located at 151 Knollcroft Road Lyons, NJ 07939), and Brick Campus(located at 970 Rt.70 Brick, NJ 08724) have a requirement for preventative maintenance and calibration on Audiology equipment.
The services required for this piece of equipment is as follows:
Preventative Maintenance
The contractor shall provide on-site Audiology equipment calibration and preventative maintenance. The contract will include these services, as well as minor replacement parts including ear cushions and tymp tubing, and OAE probe nozzles.
The NAICS Code is 811219. The expected cost for this firm fixed price contract to include four option years is $50,000 to $100,000.00. This sources sought is to determine whether there is sufficient interest to warrant either an open market or a small business set aside competition for this procurement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the VA New Jersey Health Care System. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. This is not a solicitation.
