The University seeks a single contractor to plan, design, install, and maintain audio-visual, presentation, multimedia, and related equipment for up to five (5) years. To clarify, this is a single solicitation for all of the University's locations and needs over an extended period and represents a change from the current practice of treating each and every multimedia project as a separate entity.
