Audio and Video Support Services
The City Public Works Department, Administrative Services Division, invites sealed proposals for audio and video support services for a one (1) year period commencing on or about October 1, 2010 in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained.
City Council formal, policy and zoning meetings are conducted in the City Council Chambers where citizens are invited to attend and participate. The City wishes to contract with a firm to provide audio and video support during these meetings and other city sponsored meetings and speaking events held in the City Council Chambers.
