The Contractor's duties will include planning, preparation, delivery, setup, testing, tear down, and pickup equipment; providing on-site show coordinator, experienced technicians to setup, solve technical problems on-site, tear down sound, video and lighting equipment, set designer to create and construct set, lighting designer to design lighting for stage and set, audio engineer to design supplemental audio, video engineer to integrate all sources and cameras for videotaping and presentation, technicians to integrate computers with video systems, the integration of which being appropriate for the room(s) for the opening session, luncheon (on-site), evening banquet; and attend and participate in project planning meetings as required.
