This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Request for Quote (RFQ) 70LGLY19QSSB00027.  This is a small business set-aside under NAICS 811211 with a size standard of $7.5 million.  The place of performance is at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) which include locations at Glynco, GA, Charleston, SC and Cheltenham, MD. 

The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a base and four option years.  Questions shall be submitted electronically by close of business August 26, 2019 to Lynda.A.Bush@fletc.dhs.gov. ; Quotes shall be submitted electronically via email to Lynda.A.Bush@fletc.dhs.gov and are due by the closing date of the solicitation.

Vendors must be registered in The System for Award Management (SAM) database before an award can be made.  Registration may be done through the SAM website at www.sam.gov.
