The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) El Paso Intelligence Center (EPIC) has a requirement for the purchase and installation of audio visual equipment. The NAICS code is 238210,Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The requirement is set aside for small business (SB) concern. The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed price purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is an ALL or NONE requirement. The Government may reject all offers received in response to this solicitation, if doing so is in the best interest of the Government. Late submissions will not be accepted. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted. This solicitation does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in the submission of a quotation. Questions must be received by September 22, 2017 at 10:00AM EST. Quotes shall be submitted electronically to Jacqueline Schottler by September 25, 2017 at 10:00 AM EST via email at Jacqueline.P.Schottler@usdoj.gov.
