Audio Visual Equipment and Installation
Mandatory site visit 01/26/2010.
The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to obtain pricing for and select a Vendor for the supply, installation, testing, and integration of Audio Visual (AV) related technology to retrofit existing classrooms.
The Vendor shall install AV in a total of twenty (20) rooms
In all rooms, the Vendor shall provide AV installations to include a data projector with inputs from a desktop computer, laptop computer, document camera and all the necessary parts and cabling for a functional installation
