Audio/Video System Modifications - Purchase and Installation at the National Park Service Midwest Regional Office, Omaha, Nebraska
SITE VISIT: Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at 10:00 AM Central Time at the National Park Service Midwest Regional Office, Omaha, Nebraska 68102.
This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97, effective 24 Jan 2018.
This procurement is a total small business set-aside IAW FAR 19.15. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors applies, and the small business size standard is $15M. It is anticipated the resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price purchase order with one contract line item for the purchase and installation, and one or more for Option Year Service and Support. U.S. Department of Labor Wage Rates, Wage Determination No. 2015-5005; Revision No: 5, Dated: 1/10/2018 applies.
The National Park Service, Midwest Regional Office (MWRO), Major Acquisition Buying Office (MABO), 601 Riverfront Drive, Omaha, NE 68102, seeks a qualified firm to provide Audio/Video System Modifications - Purchase and Installation at the Midwest Regional Office, Omaha, NE.
The Contractor shall provide all management, incidentals, transportation, materials, equipment and labor necessary to ensure that the Audio/Video System Modifications - Purchase and Installation are performed in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory condition and function in accordance with the Scope of Work and all addenda.

Notice of Pre-Offer Site Visit: One pre-offer site visit will be conducted at National Park Service Midwest Regional Office, 601 Riverfront Dr., Omaha, Nebraska 68102 on May 25, 2018 at 10:00AM Central Time for the purpose of examining the site and verifying conditions. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend this scheduled site visit. RSVP via email to james_bissaillon@nps.gov. Other site visits may be afforded if time permits. Offerors are requested to submit questions to james_bissaillon@nps.gov no later than May 29, 2018 at 5:00 PM Central Time. Information provided at the site visit shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply. A record of the site visit shall be made and furnished to all prospective offerors via www.fbo.gov. The record will include a list of attendees and questions/answers, if applicable.
To be considered for an award, offerors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and possess and maintain a valid Dun & Bradstreet number at the time of contract award. Lack of an active registration in SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. For more information regarding SAM Registration, visit the Small Business Administration's website and sam.gov. SAM registration must be kept active throughout the life of the contract.
