Auctioneering Services
The Office seeks to contract for the services of a professional licensed auctioneer who is also a licensed Real Estate Broker to market and auction certain real estate in accordance with all requirements stated herein. The Contractor/Auctioneer shall be responsible for all aspects of sales as agent for General Services. The resulting contract will be for one (1) year with four (4) one (1) year options.
