City housing authority is seeking auctioneer services to sell certain properties considered excess to their inventory. The city's housing authority's strategy is to maximize the return on its existing assets by disposing of properties in the marketplace to achieve various objectives (e.g. leveraging sales proceeds for development of additional affordable housing)
