The City is requesting proposals from firms qualified to
provide live, online, in-place and turnkey auction services for the Department of Procurement
Services. The City will accept proposals for one or all of the services requested. The City
reserves the right to make multiple awards if it is deemed most advantageous to the City.
These services shall be utilized on an “as needed” basis. Offerors are encouraged to provide
creative solutions and identify additional functionality and capabilities to assist the City in
accomplishing its objectives. Proposals shall be comprehensive and address live, online, inplace
and/or turnkey auction services for one or more of the following: 1) City owned surplus
property (excluding IT and real property); 2) property ceased in association with the collection
of Delinquent City and/or Real Estate Taxes; 3) City owned surplus Real Estate; and 4) City
owned surplus IT equipment and certain related accessories. It is important for Offerors to
clearly detail in their proposal which, and/or if all, of these separate types of property (and the
differing compliances associated with each, respectively) the Offeror’s proposal(s) is/are
addressing. The City prefers a separate proposal be submitted for each type of property.
