Attorney Services
This acquisition is to procure non-personal attorney services necessary to support the CSOSA Office of General Counsel and respond to, litigate, and represent CSOSA in complex administrative and civil litigation before the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), Federal Labor Relations Board (FLRA), United States District Court (USDC), Administrative tribunals, i.e., EEOC, MSPD, FLRA, State or Federal Court(s), Civilian Board of Contract Appeals and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Office of Federal Operations (EEOC, OFO).
