Attendance Reporting and Payment Delivery (ARPD) Services
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to acquire the services of a qualified Vendor to provide to the State Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Division of Child Development (DHHS-DCD) an Attendance Reporting and Payment Delivery (ARPD) service for the Subsidized Child Care Program that achieves the short-term and long-term objectives of the State.
