Atomic Layer Deposition System
The University of California, Merced (UCM), is soliciting bids for an atomic layer deposition system.The goal of this RFP is to identify a preferred vendor, as well as, the cost basis and purchasing vehicle to procure the equipment. Our aim is to identify a vendor whose product fits our strategic requirements and from whom we will purchase equipment that meets our current specific needs, while anticipating the need for future requirements.
