The City of Vernon, Community Services and Water Department, is seeking a consultant to provide design services for the rehabilitation and widening of the Atlantic Boulevard Bridge over the Los Angeles River. The project will bring the bridge up to structural standards for the projected traffic loads and the accepted design requirements of Caltrans and the Country of Los Angeles. Required work includes providing utility coordination and right-of way acquisition services
