to provide website development and hosting services for all University athletics programs in accordance with all requirements contained herein.
The contractor must design and produce web pages for the web site, provide optional
design documentation and provide training to staff for maintaining and updating
information on the pages. The web site should incorporate the following:
1.1 Web site must be easily maintained and updated by staff with no additional software
purchases.
1.2 A full, content management system that works seamlessly within a web browser,
allowing the ability to change all viewable content without third-party software.
1.3 HTML and graphical design posting methods
1.4 Ability to insert widgets
1.5 Ability to integrate with social media components such as Facebook, Twitter, etc.
1.6 Ability to use Adobe Flash.
1.7 Ability to email and text message blast.
1.8 Ability to use website as a Customer Relationship Management Tool
2. The contractor must provide the following on-line merchandising functions in the design:
2.1 Online merchandise purchases
2.2 Ability for on-line auctions
2.3 Online photo stores
2.4 Publication store
2.5 DVD/Highlight Tape Store
2.6 Video and/or Audio Subscriptions and other multimedia components
2.7 Local and/or National Advertising Campaigns
2.8 Online Ticketing (must be compatible with University ticketing system)
2.9 Online Donations
2.10 Mobile applications and/or Mobile websit
