The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified sources to enter into a contract to provide Athletics Recruiting Management Software for a University, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Initial contract shall be for one (1) year with an option to renew for nine (9) additional one year periods.
