Athletic Field Renovation
The City seeks professional construction services to renovate the upper athletic field at the Park. Work of this Contract comprises general re-construction of athletic field including, but not limited to, irrigation system removal and replacement; thatching, stripping, stock piling and testing existing topsoil; With results of testing import new topsoil, import washed screened sand; import organic matter, blend existing and imported material in accordance with soil test results; excavation, backfilling, grading, seeding; and all other work specified herein and shown on the drawings and necessary to provide a complete and established athletic field.
