• 1-16 August 2019
• Location: White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) Stallion Range Complex (SRC)

Vision Statement:
Assured Positioning, Navigation and Timing Cross Functional Team (APNT CFT) experiment informs future Assured PNT, Space and NAVWAR DOTMLPF solutions, and addresses Army Warfighting Challenges, in conjunction with complimentary Warfighting Functions to enable Force 2025 Maneuvers.

Mission:
The Assured Positioning, Navigation and Timing Cross Functional Team (APNT CFT), supported by military, S&T and industry partners, executes an APNT, Space and NAVWAR integration experiment at WSMR/SRC from 1-16 Aug 2019 to inform requirements, validate/refine concepts, address capability gaps, and assess solutions for incorporation into future Army Warfighting Assessments.
End State: Provide persistent, integrated, all weather, ubiquitous air, ground, space, and cyber assured PNT and NAVWAR sensor capabilities in support of homeland defense, joint combined arms, and unified land operations.

Ways:
• Commonality: Optimizing the use, re-use, and adaption of hardware components, software, and interfaces to increase operational APNT efficiency, logistics, and training. • Expeditionary: The requisite combination of deploy-ability and mobility to support joint, combined, and unified land operations.
• Network Integration: Maximize operations coverage and capability through sensor and APNT data sharing.
• Optimal Force Structure: Maximize capabilities and flexibility while minimizing required force structure.

Purpose:
Develop, evaluate and expand integrated concepts, emerging doctrine, organization, training and material capabilities in order to inform AWfCs focused on how air, ground, space, and cyber assured PNT and NAVWAR sensor capabilities enhance tactical operations at and below the Brigade Combat Team, retain current advantages over adversaries and accelerate investments on contested future capabilities in support of Force 2025 Maneuvers and beyond.
Method: Live-Virtual-Constructive Prototype Experiment executed at Stallion Range Complex, WSMR
Scenario: Tactical scenario developed to support analysis requirements.

Objectives:
1. Enable BCT and below to operate within a challenged GPS environment.
2. Facilitate enhanced GPS threat identification and situational awareness.
3. Enhance long range precision targeting/firing capability.
4. Integrate and assess air, ground, space, and cyber assured PNT and NAVWAR sensor innovative concepts in a challenging operational environment.
5. Refine/update what F2025M formations need to be organic or task-organized to the Theater Army, Corps and Division.

Endstate:
PNTAX assesses emerging concepts and material capabilities identifying promising technologies for participation in JWA, NIE or leave behind capabilities for further unit/soldier assessment (DevOps). Informs AWfC, O&O's and Functional Concept for air, ground, space, and cyber assured PNT and NAVWAR sensor capabilities.
