Association and community management services
The Block House Creek Owners Association seeks association and community management services in accordance with the specifications contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP). In particular, the services requested herein and to be provided under any contract(s) awarded as a result of this RFP are for the community of Block House Creek subdivision, specifically the residents subject to the Home Owners Association regulation. There are 1,228 total houses in the association.
