Association Management Systems Modernization Business Case.
The State Bar is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to prepare an Information
Technology Business Case for the modernization of their Association Management
applications. Proposals from single vendors or from multiple vendors working
together as a team will be considered. The ideal vendor(s) will have experience in
developing business requirements, application development, software release
management, database technologies, business intelligence, service oriented
architecture, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) application selection and
implementation and information technology infrastructure. Vendors with experience in
the public and legal sectors are preferred, but not required.
The Business Case will be used to look at alternative solutions, including COTS, to
provide a more robust, integrated, more efficient set of systems that are aligned with
the current and future business objectives of the State Bar's Association Management
functions and the State Bar members.
