Assisted Housing Program Re-Engineering
The Authority has a need to find the optimal balance between attentive customer service and consistent efficiency within the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Programs. The Section 8 department has 94 employees. The Authority seeks a Consultant that will help us analyze and re-engineer current processes to improve efficiencies, improve customer service, reduce administrative cost and prepare staff for any changes.
