Assets, Emissions, Disposition, and Monitoring Verification
This solicitation is for the performance of background research as directed by Work Orders in preparation for grantee site visits. As a condition of the grant award, the engines and frames of the replaced equipment must be destroyed in accordance with the terms of a grant contract. This solicitation also includes the monitoring and verification of this equipment destruction as detailed in this Scope of Work.
