DESC: REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR QUALIFIED BIDDERS LIST DEVELOPMENT - SOURCES SOUGHT REQUEST FOR ONSITE TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND HP/MICRO FOCUS SOFTWARE LICENSE RENEWAL & MAINTENANCE.
The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified industry sources to provide on-site technical support for the Senate's Asset Manager Implementation and Micro Focus hardware and software license renewal and ongoing maintenance.
The Senate currently uses MicroFocus AssetManager version 9.5 Build 12266 for more than 100 users. The primary functions include Asset Management, Procurement, Work Order, Catalog, Vendor, Contract and Budget/Funds. AssetManager uses an API to integrate with various other custom Senate applications. This sources sought synopsis contains the most currently available information.
