Asset Management System
The County is seeking proposals for an Asset Management System (AMS). The County defines AMS as:
An integrated software product suite that can electronically capture, process, index, store, access, view, revise, report, and archive asset information in both a client/server and web environment.
Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the County seeks to select a company or firm to provide AMS software, documentation, implementation, training, and data import services for our Public Works-Traffic division and Resource Stewardship - Stormwater Program. A parallel consideration is the potential for this software solution to be expanded to all Public Works assets, as well as availability to other county departments.
