The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit the services of a qualified consulting firm to aid the
City by conducting a viewshed assessment of major transportation corridors and developing a
policy plan with measurable goals and implementation strategy. Integral to this project is the execution
of a robust community participation plan to ensure public feedback and buy in throughout the process.
