The Department is seeking an assessment tool(s) that measures career interest and aptitude in
incumbent, emerging, dislocated and underemployed workers who have various levels of
education and abilities ranging from very limited to basic to highly educated. The career
interest and aptitude assessment tool should have application options in education and
training environments.
