Assessment Services
The State seeks to enter into one contract per Regional Service Area to retain Contractors to manage a network of Service Providers who will perform Assessments and court related services.
The Contractors' Service Providers will perform the following three types of Assessments: Kinship Caregiver Home Assessment (KCHA); Health, Social, Educational and Genetic History Report (HSEGH Report); and Foster/Adopt (FAD) Home Screening.
