DLA Aviation is soliciting to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). This solicitation will contain one (1) NSN for an Assembly, Gate, Unloa to be used on but not limited to CONS Ground Suport Equipment. This solicitation is for award of a Firm Fixed Price - Long Term Contract (LTC). The solicitation will contain a One Year Base Period with Four One-Year Option Periods. The total duration, base plus option years shall not exceed five (5) years.
Estimated Annual Demand Quantity: 119 each
Guaranteed Minimum (Base Year only): 10% dollar amount of the base period only
Minimum Order Quantity: 30 each
Maximum Order Quantity: 119 each
Item is Non-Commercial.
There is no guarantee the Government will place any orders after the guaranteed minimum has been fulfilled.
Delivery: FOB Origin, Inspection /Acceptance at Destination.
Delivery for Production Items: 158 days ARO
Solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted.
The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is on or about June 28, 2019.
