Asphalt Pricing Reports
This is a Request for Information (RFI) notice to conduct market research. It is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or quotes. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information, for planning purposes, regarding the availability of commercially available off the shelf (COTS) solutions for Wholesale Asphalt Pricing Reports.
Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Additionally, the U.S. Government will not provide reimbursement for any information that may be submitted in response to this RFI. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. Any information provided in response to this RFI may be used by the government and should not be marked proprietary.
