Asphalt Paving Rehab - Lock & Dam 10
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to repair the asphalt parking lot at Lock & Dam 10, Guttenberg, Iowa.
Work will include obtaining payment bonds, Type 1 Crack Repair, Type 2 Crack Repair, Bituminous Seal Coat, Field Molded Joint Sealant Replacement, and repainting all striping and pavement markings.
The estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business, under NAICS 237310, with a small business size standard of $36,500,000.
This request for quotes (RFQ) is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is NOT an invitation for bid (IFB), and no bid bond is required.
Offerors must be fully registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), including FAR and DFARS Representations and Certifications.
