SCOPE OF WORK: Provide an approximate one inch S-III asphalt overlay of approximately 3124 tons on City streets. See
attached Part I identifying streets proposed for the asphalt overlay. Provide and install approximately 52 sanitary sewer
manhole risers, 22 valve box adjustments with concrete collars, and associated thermoplastic striping/pavement markings.
