This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purchase of Hot Mix Asphalt Aggregate and acceptance of reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) to offset for cost associated with new asphalt material in accordance with the statement of work (SOW) at 934th Airlift Wing in Minneapolis, MN.
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-02TA, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 20190215, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2018-0525.
All work is to be performed in accordance with the SOW, contract award guidelines, and contract clauses. This requirement is full and open. The NAICS code for this requirement is 324121 with a small business size standard of 500 Employees. Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-2 (see attachment). Prospective vendors must be actively registered with the SAM.gov system. The offeror is responsible to download any amendments and other documents from this website without further notice from the 934th Airlift Wing.
The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards should no single contractor be able to provide all the materials at a fair & reasonable price. Therefore this may be awarded as all, some or none.
