Asphalt Concrete Overlay and Rubberized Emulsion Aggregate Slurry Seal Project

The proposed work shall be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications and other contract documents and shall consist of the following: placement of 1-1/2 inch depth asphalt concrete overlay including pavement removal and replacement (base failure repairs), pavement grinding, ADA enhancements to curb ramps, sidewalk, curb and gutter improvements, adjustment of manhole and utility covers to finished grade. It also includes the application of Rubberized Emulsion Aggregate Slurry (REAS) treatment. Both streets segments include replacement of traffic striping, markings and makers and other minor improvements as described in this contract.
