Asphalt Cold Mix Bag and Bulk
This Solicitation is issued to establish an Open Agency Contract for the purchase of Asphalt Cold Mix statewide. Quantities listed are estimates only. Bid price shall be per one (1) ton for bulk shipment of approximately 350 tons. The bid price shall be per pallet of approximately 50 bags each with a weight range of 50 to 80 pounds per bag of cold mix. The deliver cost matrix includes mileage for both bag and bulk shipment of Asphalt Cold Mix. The Department is not obligated to purchase minimum or maximum quantities.
