Asbestos and Mold Abatement Services
The City is seeking one or more firms to perform abatement of asbestos containing
materials (ACMs) and/or mold remediation/cleanup. The services shall include removal and proper offsite
disposal of ACMs and/or moisture and mold problems in accordance with all federal, state and local
laws. The selected consultant(s) shall use North Carolina Accredited Asbestos Supervisors and workers
to perform all asbestos removal activities. The Consultant shall use appropriately trained mold
remediation personnel to perform mold remediation/cleanup activities.
