Asbestos and Lead Abatement via Work Order
The work under this contract consists generally of performing the cleanup, removal and disposal away from the construction site of (1) asbestos, asbestos-containing and asbestos-contaminated materials; and (2) lead, lead-containing and lead-contaminated materials and the replacement of removed materials with approved asbestos-free and lead-free materials at the Authority's Terminals, all upon Notification, as directed by the Engineer and in accordance with Work Order(s) issued by the Engineer.
