Asbestos Monitoring & Testing
The Contractor shall be responsible for the inspection of asbestos containing materials, and site
specific project design development as well as monitoring of asbestos abatement work by designated contractors for all buildings under the administration of the City Public Schools. Generic designs will not be acceptable and each design must be developed and written for each abatement job. Each project design shall be included in the close out documentation. These buildings and the responsible person for the buildings are enclosed.
