Asbestos Abatement Project
It is the intent of the Cityto establish a contract through the Emergency Demolition Program. The work specified herein shall be the removal, as indicated, of Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) from the exterior of locations of the subject properties by competent persons who are trained, knowledgeable, qualified and certified in the techniques of abatement, handling and disposal of asbestos-containing and asbestos-contaminated materials and the subsequent cleaning of contaminated areas in preparation for demolition or rehabilitation of the subject structure(s).
