As-Needed Design Survey Services in the Bay Region

The Consultant will be expected to provide design survey services on an as-needed basis for
MDOT design projects. Such tasks would include but may not be limited to work in the
following areas of survey: Road Design Survey, Hydraulics Survey, Structure Survey, and Rightof-
Way Survey.
Full time services will not be required on all projects at all times. This request is for "as-needed"
services, based on the intermittent needs of the MDOT Bay Region Design Survey Department.
It must be noted that a Consultant award under this contract is not a guarantee that MDOT will
use the Consultant's services.
