Arts Commission Announces Arts Reinvestment Indicative to Preserve Jobs
has announced the Arts Reinvestment Initiative, a new grant program funded by the National Endowment for the Arts as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. The initiative will provide one-time grants to nonprofit organizations and government agencies in Mississippi working to sustain jobs in the arts that have been cut or are in danger of being eliminated due to the economic downturn.
