Arts Center HVAC Replacement
It is the responsibility of the contractor to provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, service operations and expertise required to complete this project for the City in accordance with specifications and site plans as follows: Demo and remove existing outdoor condensing unit, Demo and remove existing rooftop unit and associated supports, Demo and remove existing rooftop ductwork and associated supports to point of connection with inside spiral ductwork among other work.
