The City is seeking artists with the best ideas for activating public spaces and pedestrian connections along the light rail corridor through downtown. The ideas will be part of “Cultural Connections,” a two-year program of free public art events and temporary art installations that revitalize vacant, blighted, and under-utilized public and private spaces along the light rail corridor. The projects will be sited to improve existing or create new connections to and from cultural facilities, institutions and areas.
