Art Therapy Services
The Cleveland VA Medical Center has a requirement for a Service Contract is seeking sources that can provide a three year contract to provide professional Art Therapy services to LSCDVAMC inpatients and outpatients within the following areas:
Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) service (17 hours per week)
Inpatient
Outpatient
SCI Long-Term Care (SCI LTC) (5 hours per week)
Hospice (5 hours per week)
Day Hospital (2 hours per week)
Acute Psychiatry (6 hours per week)
Community Living Center (CLC) Dementia (16.5 hours per week)
The VA Contracting Officer reserves the right to issue multiple awards as a result of this solicitation. The solicitation will be in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 624190. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a five year firm-fixed-price contract. The solicitation shall be posted to the FedBizOpps website on or about August 3, 2018 as a request for quote. Responses to the solicitation shall be due on August 31, 2018 by 3pm.
