Art Storage System for Michigan Historical Museum
This is a Request for Proposal for an art storage system. The Michigan Historical Museum received a grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services to purchase shelving to house the museum's art collection. This project is following on the heels of the move of the entire collection owned by the Museum into a renovated storage building. The shelving will allow the staff to unpack the pieces of art from their boxes, assess their condition and safely store the art.
