Art School Administration Database

This project is to develop a database and user interface to support the administration and financial reporting for an art school which is connected to an arts center. The new school database will interact with the art center's website which will offer course listings. Web users will be able to browse for courses and add courses to a temporary shopping cart. Once ready to checkout, the user and course information will be passed to this new school administration database which will calculate the amount due, process the credit card, and store all the course information in the students' records for future reference and reporting. The new school database needs to provide this interactivity with the website as well as provide an internal user interface for staff members to maintain student records and create financial reports related to school income and expenses.
