Art Graphic Design Services
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (herein RFP) is to establish multiple entire state of Utah coverage contracts for Graphic Design Services. No minimum or maximum number of awards has been predetermined. Contracts will be awarded for simple, intermediate and complex design categories. For each contractor, separate contracts will be issued for the purchase of Graphic DesignServices. State Agencies will have the sole authority to analyze and determine which contractor will best meet the requirement(s) for their application(s) respectively, perpurchase. State agencies with requirements that are not met by the contracts resulting from this RFP will meet their needs through the competitive solicitation process approved by the DivisionofPurchasing. This RFP is for design services only. Printing will be bid separately. To prevent any potential conflict of interest, If you provide a bid for design under the scope of this RFP, you are ineligible to bid on the subsequent printing of the design. Posters b. Utah Travel Guide f. Scenic Calendars c. Annual Reports g. Logos d. 1 Page Brochures h. Exhibit Catalogs
