Art Gallery Structural Modifications
Structural system has experienced acute deflection in the cantilevered portion of the structural steel framing. Anew steel column shall be erected to support the cantilevered framing. New precast concrete wall panels shall encase the column. The precast panels and stud column shall be supported on a new cast-in-place concrete spread footing.
