Art Center Renovation Project
- This RFQ had a pre-bid event.
The first floor is approximately 22,160 square feet and the basement level is approximately 5,360 square feet. The structural system is brick and wood. The building was constructed in 1952; originally built to serve as City Hall. The mechanical and electrical systems have not substantially changed from the original equipment; with the boilers in the basement currently serving both the building and the adjoining Main Library. In addition, seismic, accessibility and deferred maintenance items (roofing, painting, flooring, and dry rot repairs) are included in the scope of work.
